Classroom teaching model:
Small group instruction is offered in all classes. Grades 4-6 have one elite class per grade. A Portable Device Program is implemented in Grades 4-6 to allow students to use mobile computer devices for learning activities when appropriate.

Primary 1 to Primary 3 are arranged on the basis of equal division of classes.
There is one elite class for each grade from P.4 to P.6, where the learning content is deeper and broader, and the classes are divided according to their grades.

The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/cluster learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities.
Home school cooperation:
Parent-Teacher Associations and Parent Volunteer Teams are well organized for close home-school cooperation.
