Program Planning
Focusing on the balanced development of the Sixth Form, the program aims to develop a positive attitude towards learning through enjoyable and interesting learning experiences and activities; to develop students' understanding and thinking skills; to foster creativity and cultivate their interest in the arts and their aesthetic sensibilities; to enhance the spirit of cooperation; to strengthen the development of a healthy personality; and to build a positive outlook on life. The curriculum is designed to be comprehensive, taking into full consideration the fun and exploratory nature of the teaching theme, and is organized according to the learning ability, interest and experience of the children, in order to create a learning environment full of dynamism, care, creativity, wisdom and joy, so that children can work hard to equip themselves from an early age to make continuous progress and to become a new generation of leaders in this ever-changing era.
With life education as the core and theme-based teaching as the backbone, the curriculum is complemented by activity-based teaching methods, program-based teaching and game-based integrated design, allowing children to become the protagonists of learning. Through diversified activities such as games, visits and field exploration, children's learning experiences are broadened, and from these activities, they can explore themselves, discuss with each other, increase interaction and expand their potential.
A variety of assessment modes, such as assessment checklists, practical work and continuous observation, are used to record children's learning effectiveness, thereby fostering children's positive and active learning spirit.
The school will comply with theKindergarten Education Curriculum GuidelinesThe (2017) Planning Curriculum will not require children in nursery classes to write in pen and pencil, nor will they be required to do mechanical transcription or drill-based numeracy exercises.
School Mission and Vision
With the love of Christ, we create a beautiful environment for growth and promote the whole-person development of young children through spiritual education based on multiple intelligences, so that they can pursue excellence, know how to love and care, be full of enthusiasm, show self-esteem and confidence, learn self-discipline, and live a fruitful life to bless the society.
School Features
In order to build up a sense of security, the ability to learn, and an open and positive attitude among children, we have set up an orientation program for new students, so as to cultivate in them a love for school life and achieve a smooth transition between primary and secondary school in the long run. We have a resident social worker and actively utilize the resources provided by tertiary institutions and professional organizations to support children's learning and physical and mental development. We also work closely with the church to ensure that the children's faith and spirituality are nurtured.
