Is Montessori International Kindergarten on Hong Kong Island good or not?
Quality assessment results and reports:-
Program Planning
The school follows the Montessori pedagogy, where children learn in a student-centered learning environment through hands-on use of specially designed Montessori teaching aids in the following areas: sensory development, language, math, natural science, culture and daily living training.
Since children's learning and developmental levels are not uniform in early childhood (i.e., before the age of six), Montessori utilizes a unique educational method that fosters a natural love of learning through lively and engaging teaching aids, allowing children to learn in a gradual manner so that they can achieve the learning goals of each particular period.
In terms of language learning, the school emphasizes Putonghua and Chinese language skills in addition to English as the main language. Children begin with basic conversation and aim to become fluent in reading, writing and speaking. At the same time, we also emphasize the development of each child's learning potential, concentration and independence so that they can make the most of their learning.

School Mission and Vision
We believe that every child has different talents, interests and developmental needs. In a Montessori environment, children's academic, cognitive, social and emotional development can be nurtured and developed appropriately.
Montessori's main educational philosophy.
- We respect the child's uniqueness and see him as an individual.
- We strive to build and nurture children's thinking skills, independence and love of learning.
- We respect children's learning autonomy and allow them to learn, think and work independently under the general premise of teacher observation, guidance and instruction.
According to Montessori's philosophy of education, ages zero to six are a golden opportunity for children to develop and sharpen their life skills. In a Montessori learning environment, the knowledge and skills acquired help them become independent thinkers who enjoy lifelong learning.
