Program Planning
The school emphasizes on character education and uses life-oriented themes in all learning areas. Through activities and games, the school enhances the element of free exploration, thus inspiring children to learn and explore independently.
The school will follow the Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guidelines (2017) in planning its curriculum and will not require children in Nursery classes to write in pen and pencil, nor will it require children to do mechanical copying or drilling exercises for calculations.
The Integrated Curriculum is implemented in our kindergarten through the use of activity-based teaching methodology. Through site visits and diversified activities, children are able to gain first-hand learning experience through actual participation, so that the experience gained can be applied to daily life.
Continuous observation and recording of children's effectiveness in learning activities, with modular assessment reports for each topic. There will be a summative assessment report in the first and second semester.
