To implement the "biliteracy and trilingualism" policy, the school emphasizes the basic learning of languages and the development of expression, communication and problem-solving skills. The school has a simple culture and cares for its students. We are committed to the education and growth of our students with the belief that there is no such thing as a teacher. We actively bring in community and external resources to enhance the quality of education. The school social worker and educational psychologist work closely with parents to provide comprehensive counseling for students' development. In January 2004, the Alumni Association was established.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
Teachers of the school make good use of e-learning to design classroom activities and after-school assignments to cultivate students' generic skills and enhance their all-round ability in the use of English. In addition, each subject reviews the curriculum content and develops the core and extended parts to cater for students' learning abilities and interests, with a view to catering for the differences in students' individual abilities. Teachers will also optimize the design of test papers in order to assess students' learning effectiveness more accurately. In addition, the school has always emphasized the interaction between teaching and learning. Teachers not only use advanced questioning skills and organize group learning activities in class to enhance students' learning effectiveness, but also emphasize on improving the quality of assignment design and correction, and provide feedback on students' performance to strengthen the interaction between teaching and learning.
