Classroom teaching model:
To conduct cooperative learning, strengthen pre-learning and extended learning activities to enhance students' active learning and self-learning skills, and cultivate a positive spirit of cooperation. Placement in classes:
In Grade 1, there is only one examination and test in the next semester to reduce the pressure of examination. Students are not assigned to classes according to their grades when they enter Grade 2, and those who have better grades in Grades 3 to 5 are assigned to Class A, then to Class B, while the rest of the students are equally assigned to Classes C to E. Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
In order to cater for the learning diversity of students, the school organizes enrichment classes at different levels, such as after-school enrichment and classroom group learning, etc. The curriculum is adapted and enriched to cater for the needs of students with different abilities; cooperative learning and e-learning strategies are adopted in the classroom to cultivate self-directed and interdependent learning; in addition, the school recommends students to enroll in off-site gifted and talented programmes and co-organizes extended programmes with professional organizations outside the school to broaden the learning experience of students.
