School Wind:
The school has a simple school ethos, a harmonious atmosphere, and a cordial relationship between teachers and students. Teachers hold the spirit of teaching without discrimination, and students take service to their classmates as their duty, and have been awarded the "Caring Campus" honorary prize for many times.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
1. to conduct e-learning programs and make use of different e-learning platforms to enable students to make good use of their learning time and enhance their self-learning ability;
2. Implementation of "Specialized Teaching", Primary One Bridging Programme, Native-speaking English Teacher Scheme, English School-based Phonics Curriculum, and Cross-curricular Reading Scheme;
3. focusing on assessing literacy, encouraging continuous progressive classroom assessment, and utilizing data analysis to improve learning and teaching;

Life-wide Learning:
There are as many as 30 projects covering academic, sports and service categories, including Olympiad, English and Mathematics, Debate, Cup Stacking, Taekwondo, Dance, Choir, STEM Programs, Little Pioneers of Christ, etc. The girls' soccer team was interviewed by Sing Tao and Parent King. The girls' soccer team has been interviewed by Sing Tao and Parent-Child King, while the rope skipping team has won many awards and 18 students have been selected to join the Hong Kong, China Rope Skipping Team. The Talent Show is held every year to demonstrate the effectiveness of learning.
Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities.
Home school cooperation:
In addition to organizing parent volunteers to help with school activities, the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) also organizes parent-child activities and competitions, such as parent teas and parent-child seminars. The PTA also publishes the Kallo school newsletter and newsletters every year, and has a Home-School Hotline (a hotline that operates from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.), which facilitates parents' contact with the school and helps to build a caring campus together.
