Learning and Teaching Strategies :
Diversified school-based curricula, including "Chinese Writing Programme", "Space Town Literacy Programme", "Mathematics Troubleshooting Programme", "Interdisciplinary STEM Programmes" and "Computer Science Programming Teaching", etc., are offered to enhance students' interest in learning and academic performance. A comprehensive school-based English reading and writing program and a school-based e-learning platform are in place to enhance students' English proficiency. Grades 4-6 continue to deepen the "Teaching Chinese Language through Putonghua" program to enhance students' ability in listening and speaking Putonghua.
All subjects have introduced the "Flipped Classroom" learning strategy to stimulate students' learning motivation through pre-teaching. All subjects are committed to promoting interactive classroom learning strategies to enhance students' interest in learning. The use of electronic whiteboards to enhance classroom interactivity and tablet computers to supplement teaching and learning, and the use of e-learning platforms for extended learning have been adopted to enhance the effectiveness of learning.
Life-wide Learning:
In order to provide students with a variety of learning experiences that are difficult to realize in the classroom, the school will hold outdoor learning activities, such as visits to museums, zoos, etc., and integrate them into the cross-curricular curriculum, which will help students to develop lifelong learning skills and realize the goal of whole-person development in order to cope with the changes in the society. In addition, students can participate in various extra-curricular activities, including Physical Education, Music and STEAM.
Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
