Classroom teaching model:
Small class teaching is implemented to increase teacher-student and student-student interaction. Adoption of the Space Town Program for English Language Grades 1 to 3. To utilize the Learning Support Grant to improve learning effectiveness and cater for students' learning diversity, and to enhance students' confidence in learning.

The school has a strong learning atmosphere and a simple school ethos, emphasizing students' academic achievement and the cultivation of moral, civic and national education. Teachers encourage students through the "Quarterly Praise" program and actively promote the culture of caring.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The school implements self-directed learning to enhance students' motivation, develop good learning habits and strategies, and enable students to develop multiple intelligences and generic skills. At the same time, e-learning has been strengthened by setting up online exercises and a resource bank on the intranet for students to self-learn and extend what they have learned. After the field trip, teachers will set up topics in the discussion forum for students to express their views. Teachers will also utilize "cooperative learning" as a teaching strategy to enhance students' learning effectiveness on the one hand, and to increase student-student interactions on the other. Tutorials are organized for students to complete their homework in school.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
Through collaborative lesson planning, assignments at different levels are designed to cater for the diversity of student learning. During the examination period, extra time, reading and enlarging of examination papers are provided for students who have been assessed for the purpose of providing appropriate support. Adjustment to homework relieves the stress of students who are less capable of learning from homework. In order to help new Year 1 students adapt to primary school life as early as possible, the school has formulated a series of bridging policies, such as the "Primary One Induction Day", "No Homework Day" and the "100th Day of Primary One Induction Celebration".
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities.
Home school cooperation:
The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) facilitates communication between the school and parents, and organizes a wide range of seminars, workshops and recreational activities in collaboration with the school. The PTA also assists the school in implementing various learning activities. The school also organizes Parents' Day, P.5 to S.5 Executive Summary Seminar and P.6 to S.6 School Selection Seminar.
Environmental Policy:
The school selects students to serve as Green Ambassadors to promote the green message. In response to territory-wide environmental protection activities, students plant small potted plants for the Community Chest Annual Flower Charity Sale every year, which not only raises funds for the Community Chest, but also brings the "green message" to all families in the school.
