Objectives: The school adheres to the school mission of the Alma Mater, which is "To be Taoist, to be virtuous, to be cultivated, to be taught, and to be nurtured by benevolence", and implements "Taoist Education" with the school motto "To establish virtue by understanding the Taoist", so as to enable the students to have a well-rounded development in the aspects of morality, intellectuality, physicality, social skills, and aesthetics through whole-person education which is characterized by moral and academic qualities.

Classroom teaching model:
A dual-teacher system is implemented to take care of students' learning needs and personal growth. After-school remedial teaching groups are set up; before-school English and Mathematics enrichment classes are organized. Activity-based teaching, learning by playing and practicing learning by doing.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
1. adjust the amount of homework and exams according to the student's ability.
2. To implement a school-based English language program with expatriate English teachers in the classroom to enhance students' English language proficiency. In addition, native British teachers are employed to supplement the online English teaching program.
3. to participate in the support programs of the Education Bureau and various tertiary institutions for curriculum cutting, adaptation, teaching materials production, activity observation and teacher training, etc. in order to promote effective learning of students.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; and organizing inclusive campus activities.
Home school cooperation:
