Classroom teaching model:
Classroom management is based on the concept of "teaching, training, and counseling in one place" and small class teaching is practiced. Individual differences are taken care of in a whole-school approach. Multiple Intelligences classes, after-school enrichment classes, tutorials and various after-school activities are also provided to develop students' generic skills.

1. training and counseling are given equal emphasis, and a clear reward and punishment system is in place to implement merit accumulation, merit for fault, and school-based whole-person programs.

Learning and Teaching Strategies :
Small class teaching is practiced, with emphasis on classroom management and group learning, supplemented by collaborative teaching with teaching assistants to enhance classroom participation and individualized care. The school emphasizes the promotion of self-directed learning through curriculum leadership, peer lesson observation and collaborative lesson planning, as well as professional exchanges, in order to cultivate students' higher-order thinking and other generic skills.
Life-wide Learning:
1. To provide multiple intelligences classes for balanced development of interests.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching and learning modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); developing a school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; and organizing inclusive campus activities. Adaptation of curriculum and teaching strategies by setting learning targets, progress and expected outcomes for NCS students.
Home school cooperation:
1. organize several parent-teacher conferences each year and co-organize activities with the PTA to ensure close communication.
