Objectives: The school is a Catholic school, which is based on the Gospel of Christ, demonstrating simplicity, love and service, in order to establish a good school ethos; in order to develop students' good character and academic performance, we are committed to providing an ideal learning environment, so that students can actively learn and strive for progress in a joyful and harmonious atmosphere, with a view to fulfilling the spirit of Christ, and to nurturing outstanding talents and good citizens for the community.

(a) Management structure: The school was founded by the school sponsoring body, the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong, in 1969 and is managed by the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) of Tsuen Wan Catholic Primary School. The Supervisor leads the IMC in formulating policies for the sustainable development of the school. The Principal leads the Executive Team and the three Functional Committees in planning and implementing school affairs.

Learning and Teaching Strategies :
1. infiltrate whole-class giftedness strategies and utilize different levels of questioning skills to develop students' higher-order thinking skills.
2. to promote independent learning in all subjects so that students can learn "consciously, actively and positively".
3. Strengthening biliteracy and trilingualism to enhance students' language proficiency: the Chinese Language subject implements the integration of reading and writing and the enhancement of listening and reading skills in Putonghua; the English Language subject implements the Pinyin and the Collaborative Learning and Teaching Scheme with Native-speaking English Teachers (CLTS), etc., to enhance students' ability to learn English.
4. Strengthen the teaching of mathematics and science: apply problem-solving strategies in Mathematics, and promote the STEAM curriculum in General Studies. The computer science department promotes the coolthink program.

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; and organizing inclusive campus activities.

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) not only serves as a bridge between the school and parents, but also assists the school in organizing parent/parent-child activities, participating in the school's development and providing valuable advice.
