The school culture is simple and honest, teachers and students love each other, and there is cooperation between home and school. To develop students' potential, we have set up homework tutorial classes, outstanding classes and various extra-curricular activities to cultivate talents needed by the society, and set up various learning groups to cultivate students' spirit of helping others and cooperating with others.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The schedule is flexible. Sufficient time is allowed for learning activities, ball games training and various remedial courses. Participate in various technological creation competitions to enable students to utilize information technology to construct knowledge. Life-wide Learning:
Extracurricular activities are held Monday through Saturday and include wind band, percussion ensemble, volleyball, ping pong, math games, English drama, juggling, tae kwon do, dance, RoboMaster mech masters, programming and drone classes, Cambridge English, and handbell classes; Outdoor Learning Day; and the formation of a Wind Ensemble in 2015.
Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
The school emphasizes the importance of catering for the diversity of student learning. The curriculum is designed according to students' learning abilities, interests and needs.
In terms of curriculum and assessment adaptations, teachers can make adjustments to the scope of silent textbooks for students assessed to have learning difficulties.
