Management structure: The school is under the administration of the Hong Kong Catholic Diocese and is managed by the Hong Kong Catholic Education Office with a Central School Management Committee and an Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) to oversee the operation of the school. In line with the policies of the Education Bureau, the school has established good communication bridges, set up a Parent-Teacher Association and an Alumni Association, and held regular meetings to collect the views of various parties to improve the school's administration so as to provide students with the best quality education.

The school adopts a whole-school approach and emphasizes on character building and whole-person development of students. Through various effective activities, the school strengthens students' sense of belonging to the school and enhances their spirit of commitment.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
1. to create a diverse, highly participatory learning environment in which students can realize their potential and develop twenty-first century skills.
2. to develop students' self-directed learning skills through a "student-oriented" classroom approach.
3. Emphasizing biliteracy and trilingualism, the school strives to create a better learning atmosphere and strengthen their communication skills; Chinese language is taught in Putonghua in grades 4-6; and two expatriate English teachers are employed to help enhance students' understanding of English phonetics and multiculturalism.
4. Group teaching is conducted to cater for learning diversity. Teachers adjust teaching strategies and assignments according to students' needs to enhance learning performance.
Life-wide Learning:

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning, group/small group learning, etc. on a need basis); developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; organizing inclusive school activities; and providing additional support (e.g. pull-out learning, pinyin teaching materials, etc.) to NCS students in implementing Putonghua teaching across the board for some of the school's grades (i.e. all classes/groups, etc.) on a need basis.
