Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The curriculum is designed for the whole-person development of students, with equal emphasis on all five dimensions. In junior secondary schools, students' generic skills are systematically nurtured, and their learning and thinking skills are cultivated through the collaboration of different subjects and diversified teaching strategies. Students can choose from a wide range of subject combinations, and there are group teaching arrangements for Liberal Studies. Various kinds of exchange activities are organized to broaden the horizons of students, and students have traveled to many places in China and abroad, such as the United Kingdom and Singapore. The school attaches great importance to using English as the language of learning and creates an English-rich environment through activities such as English Week. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School's Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Team, comprising the Coordinator, Social Worker, Educational Psychologist, Speech Therapist and Senior Subject Teachers, provides a comprehensive range of support services for students with SEN, taking into account their individual differences. The school regularly reviews the culture of inclusion in the school and utilizes community resources to plan inclusive activities. The Support Team for Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) formulates strategic support plans according to the priority of students' needs, sets support targets and budgets, and utilizes the Learning Support Grant and other school resources to provide diversified support for students with SEN, such as optimization of classroom learning and teaching strategies, group or individual counseling, speech training, social, academic and stress enhancement training. (c) Purchasing services such as small group and individual counseling, language training, socialization, academic and stress enhancement training. In order to enhance the professional capacity of school teachers in catering for students with SEN, apart from arranging serving teachers to attend training courses organized by the Education Bureau (EDB), the school also organizes school-based teacher development workshops on a regular basis and encourages school staff to participate in seminars and talks on related topics to enhance professional exchanges.
