The Chinese Language subject implements the teaching of reading strategies to enhance reading skills. In English Language, SpaceTown is implemented in Elementary School with collaborative teaching by expatriate teachers, and conversation classes with expatriate teachers are organized in Upper Primary School. General Studies implements STEAM projects and scientific investigation. Physical Education implemented school-based field hockey and swimming lessons. The Computer Science subject implements programming in 50% of the lesson time. STEAM teaching includes STEAM project design at all levels, students' programming activities in the STEAM programming room, as well as an observatory, a robot design team, and an eco-learning garden. The school also promotes Chinese culture through the use of experts in each subject, including calligraphy, Chinese painting, lion dance, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, and so on. The school plans the learning process both inside and outside the classroom, and makes good use of various IT platforms to help students construct knowledge and enhance their abilities for the purpose of whole-person development.<\/p>\n<h3>Life-wide Learning:<\/h3>\n<p>In addition to visits and services, there are also outbound exchanges and rich extra-curricular activities, including: Dream Starter Program, field hockey, athletics, taekwondo, martial arts, rope skipping, dance, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, eye-catching IT people, ink painting, light clay, ceramics, wind ensemble, choir, recorder, recitation, young writers, English musical, Cambridge English and scouts, etc., so as to enable students to show their strengths and abilities.<\/p>\n<h3>Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:<\/h3>\n<p>The school attaches importance to promoting the popularization of giftedness by incorporating high-level questioning, problem solving and multi-sensory elements in regular lessons, and designing challenging questions for high ability students to enhance their thinking training.
