All classrooms have been installed with large touch-screen monitors and improved network systems to complement the new teaching mode and promote independent learning.<br \/>2. Teachers implement \"blended learning\" through lesson study to enhance the development of students' independent learning ability and to improve the quality of teaching.<br \/>3. The school breaks through the framework of the classroom and sets up an inquiry learning week with STEAM elements for curriculum integration. Through experiential learning, multi-sensory learning and field trips, the school broadens students' horizons and develops their generic skills.<br \/>4. Starting from Grade 4, additional e-learning classes (BYOD) will be organized at each grade level to enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching, strengthen classroom interactions, and enhance students' abilities in independent learning, problem solving, and collaboration.<\/p>\n<h3>Life-wide Learning:<\/h3>\n<p>Extra-curricular activities are divided into long-term and short-term groups, such as handbells, hand chimes, wind music, drama, musicals, fencing, ink painting, rope skipping and ball games, etc., in order to explore students' potential in sports and arts and to maximize their talents, so as to achieve the goal of \"one person, one art\". After-school classes are led by professional instructors in Cambridge English, Summers, Taekwondo, Wushu, Brass Band, Violin, Piano, Dance, Drama and other interest classes.<\/p>\n<h3>Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:<\/h3>\n<p>The school conducts Chinese group learning and adaptation programs from P.1 to P.6, and starts 'Putonghua Chinese' teaching in P.2. In addition, some subjects are provided with graded assignments, whole-class gifted programs, homework tutorials, Chinese, English and Mathematics tutorials, and after-school pull-out gifted programs, etc. to cater for the diversity of students' learning.<\/p>\n<h3>Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:<\/h3>\n<p>The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers\/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive modes of Chinese language teaching and learning (e.g., pull-out learning on a need basis, group\/small group learning, etc.); developing a school-based Chinese Language curriculum and\/or adapting teaching materials; and organizing inclusive campus activities.
