The school has adopted the "biliteracy and trilingualism" approach to education, emphasizing the development of students' Chinese, English and Putonghua skills. The school's ethos is simple and unassuming. In order to effectively support the growth of our students, the Counseling Office implements the "Growing Together Award Program" every year, arranging "Big Brothers" and "Big Sisters" from the older grades to take care of the growth needs of our middle school students. In addition, in order to cater for the diversified development of our students and to cultivate their leadership skills, we provide different service opportunities for our students, such as student leaders, library leaders and civic ambassadors, etc. The school also organizes regular weekly assemblies to promote the development of our students. Learning and Teaching Strategies :

The School is committed to building an inclusive culture and adopting a Whole School Approach in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN). Through the use of school grants (e.g. Learning Support Grant, etc.) and home-based support, students are provided with appropriate and diversified support services to enhance their learning effectiveness, social skills and integration into school life.
The Student Support Team of the school consists of the Headmaster, Deputy Headmaster, Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, Special Educational Support Teacher, Faculty-based Educational Psychologist, School-based Speech and Language Therapist, Teachers, Guidance Counselors and Teaching Assistants. The Support Team works in conjunction and collaboration with other sections of the school to cater for students in need.
The school provides appropriate support to students with special educational needs, such as speech therapy service for individual students and art therapy service for students in individual or small groups, and develops Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) for students. The school has also introduced external professional support services to improve students' social skills.
