The school has set up different programs to assist students in their all-round development, such as the "S1-S3 Junior Secondary School-based Curriculum" to train students' self-management and generic learning skills, the "S2 Project-based Learning" to promote active learning, the "Open Book Project" to cultivate the reading habit of students, the "School Life Education Program" and the "Outdoor Learning Day" to allow students to go out beyond the confines of the classroom for visits, field trips, services and various cultural and artistic performances to broaden their horizons and enrich their exposure to other areas of learning. The "School Life Education Program" and "Outdoor Learning Day" allow students to go beyond the classroom to visit, go on field trips, take part in services, and enjoy various kinds of cultural performances, so as to broaden their horizons and enrich their exposure to other areas of study. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The Student Support Team of the school comprises the SEN Co-ordinator, the SEN Support Teacher, representatives of the Chinese Language and English Language teachers, other teachers, social workers, educational psychologists and SEN support staff. The Student Support Team makes use of the Learning Support Grant to employ professionals in various fields to provide support services for students with SEN, such as out-sourced speech therapy, clinical psychological counseling, emotional support, social training and counseling work, etc. The Student Support Team also strives to implement the Whole School Approach to Sharing. In addition, we are committed to implementing school-wide inclusive activities to build up a caring campus culture.
In addition, to enhance the capacity of staff in the implementation of IE, the school has arranged for teachers to receive systematic training in basic, advanced and specialized courses (the "Three-Level Courses") in accordance with the "Professional Development Framework for Teachers in the Implementation of IE".
