The dual classroom teacher system, academic leadership and counseling leadership programs are effective in building a caring campus culture. Leadership training programs, volunteer programs, and a variety of other learning experiences promote whole-person development.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
In order to enrich the English learning environment and enhance students' English proficiency, the school has implemented a series of co-curricular learning activities, including the "Co-curricular Mock Oral Examination Training" for all S6 students, and the "English Learning Friendly Schools Exchange Experience" for 10 students from S1 to S3 who have outstanding results in English at each level, so as to enrich the English learning experience of the students. In addition to organizing the school-wide English Day and the monthly school-wide activities of the English Society, we also participated in the Inter-school Speech Contest, Vocational English Contest and the Joint Government Secondary Schools English Debate Training and Competition, as well as organizing inter-class competitions, such as English Drama, English Storytelling and English Day Camps, Poetry Writing, English Drama Training and Inter-social English Drama Competition. We also organized the "Wah Yan English Enhancement and Career Planning Training Program" and the "Form 5 English Online Conversation Training". - Teacher-student exchanges in local schools: Attendance at the "Joint Teacher Development Day for Government Secondary Schools"; Participation in the "Independent Learning Festival and Joint Teacher Development Day for Independent Learning Network Schools", with a two-week open class for exchange of independent learning strategies, lesson observation and lesson evaluation.
