A teacher development team has been set up to implement peer lesson observation, peer lesson planning, classroom research, encourage exchanges, set targets for teachers to pursue further studies or training, and provide opportunities for exchanges within and outside the school.
Life-wide Learning:
There are more than 30 activity groups in the academic, athletic, hobby and service categories. Every year, the school organizes large-scale activities such as water and land sports, English Week and Academic Week. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school is committed to building an inclusive culture and adopting a Whole School Approach to support students with SEN. Through the deployment of resources, appropriate and diversified support services are provided to enhance students' learning effectiveness and facilitate their integration into school life. The SEN Support Team collaborates with other sections of the school to provide the necessary support services for students with SEN. These include the Focus Group, the Social Training Group, the Speech Therapy Group and the Table Games Group. The school emphasizes home-school co-operation and has established a regular communication mechanism to discuss with parents on strategies to support students through different channels.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: after-school support for Chinese language learning; cultural integration activities; and additional support (e.g. pull-out/group learning, Pinyin teaching materials, etc.) as needed in the implementation of universal education for some of the grades (i.e., all classes/groups) of the school. 1. The School Management Committee (SMC) consists of two parent managers who participate in the decision-making process of the school in order to provide the best possible nurturing for students.

Environmental Policy:
The Life Education Section is responsible for promoting environmental protection in the school. In collaboration with the Resource Unit, the Student Union and other subjects, we have implemented various environmental protection measures and activities, such as recycling of eating utensils, recycling campaigns and casual wear day, etc. In 2020, we will start to participate in the Pilot Scheme on Recycling of Plastics to improve and plan for the long-term strategy of waste management and to enhance the students' environmental protection awareness. 2021, we will set up an Environmental Education Learning Point, which will be near the environmental protection facilities, and incorporate technological information to enhance the learning interest. In 2021, we will set up environmental education learning points and add learning QR codes near the environmental facilities to enhance the interest in learning through the integration of technological information. 2022, we will participate in the Student Environmental Protection Ambassador Scheme organized by the Education Bureau to encourage students to take positive actions to improve the environment.
