Students are taught to respect and care for each other, and the school culture is simple and honest. Learning and Teaching Strategies :
E-learning has been the direction of academic development in recent years, with e-learning elements being incorporated in all subjects to enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching through various e-learning tools and applications. At the same time, the school continues to implement and deepen self-directed learning to help students become independent knowledge builders. In addition, in line with the teaching of English, all subjects have adopted independent learning as the direction of academic development in recent years. Each subject adopts different strategies in the three aspects of pre-class preparation, classroom teaching and after-school follow-up activities to help students realize their potentials and achieve the goals of enhancing their learning abilities and active learning. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school has a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator and a Student Support Team to co-ordinate the work. The school utilizes the Learning Support Grant to procure counseling and learning services to provide appropriate support to students, including literacy training, social skills training, concentration training, etc. The school regularly disseminates information to all teachers on support for students with SEN. Information on support for students with SEN is disseminated to all teachers regularly. The school also provides appropriate examination adaptations, such as extra time for examinations and enlarged examination papers. Different kinds of inclusive activities are also organized to promote an inclusive culture on campus, such as Mental Health Ambassadors, Healthy Growing and Sex Education Week, etc. Inclusion workshops are specially organized for new Secondary 1 students. In addition, the school organized seminars for parents of students with special educational needs and set up a parent group to provide relevant learning support information and collect parents' opinions, so as to promote home-school communication and cooperation. To assist students with speech and language needs, a speech therapist is available to enhance students' speech and language skills.
