Students are trained to respect and serve others and to be responsible, law-abiding, fair and honest citizens. At the same time, we have established a complete and fair reward and punishment system for our students. The school participates in a number of collaborative projects with the Education Bureau and tertiary institutions. Teachers are often invited by EDB and tertiary institutions to attend seminars to share their school-based experiences.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School adopts a "Whole School Approach" in the implementation of IE. The School has set up a Student Support Team (comprising the Deputy Principal, Academic Affairs Officer, Discipline Officer, Guidance Officer, Co-ordinating Officer, Supporting Teachers, Chinese and English Subject Teachers, Teaching Assistants, etc.) to support students with SEN, and has arranged for teachers to participate in the relevant teacher training so as to enhance the professional competence of the teachers. In addition, the school makes flexible use of the Learning Support Grant and other school resources to support students with SEN, including hiring assistant teachers to arrange individual and group training according to the needs of students, and procuring speech therapy services to provide training for students with related needs. In addition, we also cater for learning differences through homework adaptation and special examination arrangements to enhance the learning effectiveness of the students concerned. In order to identify the special educational needs of students at an early stage, the Co-ordinator and support teachers will meet with the students and their parents on the registration day of the new S1 students to enhance mutual communication. The school also works closely with professionals such as the Education Bureau and school-based educational psychologists to conduct regular case conferences and student assessments, so that class teachers and subject teachers can understand the situation of their students and provide them with appropriate support in school life and learning. Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) are formulated for the more needy students and parents are invited to participate in the relevant meetings and review the effectiveness of the ILPs on a regular basis, so as to enable them to have a good grasp of the ways to take care of and teach their children more effectively.

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: e.g. providing pull-out learning and after-school support programs.
