The school endeavors to create a rich language environment on campus to provide students with a biliterate and trilingual communication atmosphere. Starting from this year, the school has promoted the reform of the English language curriculum, gradually moving towards international standards. The junior high school curriculum introduces the elements of the TOEFL test for junior high school, while the senior high school incorporates the elements of TOEIC, IELTS and other examinations into the curriculum to enhance the English language proficiency of the students and to cater for their needs for further studies. In addition to the full-time expatriate English teachers on the school's establishment, the school has deployed additional resources to hire one more expatriate English teacher to assist in the design and promotion of English activities, and has also hired additional teachers and professionals to run English courses at the school; English room activities, the online English learning platform, English debate workshops, and the English Ambassador Scheme are all well received by the students. The school has received grants from the Quality Education Fund of the Education Bureau to implement the Chinese and English Language Learning Programs. The Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System consists of two phases: Discretionary Places Allocation (DP) and Central Allocation (CA).
Discretionary places refer to S1 places reserved by schools for self-admission of students. Government, aided and caput secondary schools are allowed to reserve S1 places not exceeding 30%, while DSS secondary schools are allowed to reserve S1 places exceeding 30%.
