The school has a simple school culture that places special emphasis on the cultivation of students' character, and adopts a "discipline and counseling" approach to deal with students' behavioral and emotional problems. Each grade has a counselor who cares about the growth of the students, and adopts "Positive School, Positive Life" as the goal of their work, so as to enable the students to positively face up to the difficulties they encountered. Learning and Teaching Strategies :
Among the 400 secondary schools in Hong Kong, the school has been recognized by the former Education Department for two consecutive times as one of the secondary schools with significant improvement in academic performance. The school has been actively promoting multi-media teaching and information technology (IT) teaching activities to stimulate students' self-learning spirit through active and interactive teaching and learning. Special emphasis is placed on diversified and life-oriented curriculum design to develop students' creative thinking, and to cultivate their independent learning and problem-solving abilities.

In addition to the "Millennium Design" school building, which is 30% to 40% larger than a normal school building, with 31 classrooms, 16 special rooms, a 130-meter all-weather running track, a long-distance jumping pool, a rock-climbing wall, a modern language room, a dance studio, and an auditorium, the school has also constructed a new extension wing at the same site in order to cope with the development of the school, which consists of a 25-meter x 5 indoor heated swimming pool, a 7-meter-high multi-purpose auditorium, 6 standard classrooms and 3 small group teaching and counseling rooms, with ample space for rest and activities. The new wing includes a 25m x 5 indoor heated swimming pool, a 7m high multi-purpose hall, as well as 6 standard classrooms and 3 small group teaching and counseling rooms. With the completion of the new wing, the teaching and learning space on campus has been significantly increased by nearly 20%, while the flexibility of other learning experiences and activities has been greatly enhanced. Students can also learn organic planting and cultivate "green" culture and education in the campus flower garden.
