School-wide language policy:
The policy of "Fine-tuning the Medium of Instruction (MOI) for Secondary Schools" has been implemented in Secondary 1 since the 2010/11 school year. To ensure the best interests of students and parents, the school has implemented English as the MOI for Mathematics and Science subjects in addition to English as the MOI for junior secondary subjects. The Medium of Instruction (MOI) for senior secondary school will be aligned with that of junior secondary school subjects, i.e. Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics will be taught in English from S4 to S6.
Tests and study adaptation measures:
In addition to the regular standardized tests and term examinations, continuous assessment, which accounts for 20% of the annual score, is added to allow teachers to introduce diversified assessments to promote learning and provide quality feedback to facilitate learning. At the same time, teachers will set expectations according to students' abilities and provide them with an appropriate level of curriculum to motivate them to engage in learning.

Orientation and Healthy Living:
A parent-teacher conference will be held in mid-July to welcome new S1 students.
In the summer, a Secondary School Adaptation Programme and an Orientation Camp were organized for new Secondary 1 students to help them understand the new environment and social life of secondary schools, and to introduce the various measures of the school to cultivate students' self-discipline. Practical English courses and a special class on learning strategies were also arranged to help the new students embrace the mode of learning in secondary schools.
