School Wind:
Founded on biblical truth, the school has a simple and honest atmosphere, with a strong learning culture and a friendly atmosphere between teachers and students. Two social workers from the Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA), an educational psychologist from the Anglican Communion, and a senior teacher provide counseling to the students. A dual class teacher system is practiced at Form I level to strengthen the care for students.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
Biliteracy and trilingualism are emphasized, and the Advanced Placement and Remedial Program takes care of learner diversity. There are English and Mathematics Advanced Placement Classes and Chinese, English and Mathematics Tutorial Classes in the Junior High School, and Chinese and English Advanced Placement Classes in the Senior High School. Students are trained in the nine generic skills and higher-order thinking through academic subjects. Both boys and girls are required to take Design and Technology and Home Economics to develop life skills. The senior secondary school offers a diversified curriculum with a mix of arts, science and commerce. A cross-curricular English program is offered to Secondary 1 students to facilitate their adaptation to an English-medium teaching environment. Emphasis is placed on the professional development of teachers, compiling professional development files, encouraging continuous learning, professional exchanges, conducting research and developing the school into a learning organization. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School adopts a "Whole School Approach" in the implementation of IE. The School has set up a Student Support Team (comprising the Deputy Principal, the Coordinating Teacher, and the Chinese, English and Mathematics teachers) to support students with SEN, and has arranged for teachers to enroll in IE-related courses to enhance their professional competence. The school makes flexible use of the Learning Support Grant and other school resources to provide diversified support for students with SEN, including the employment of IE tutors and IE assistants to provide appropriate support for students, as well as the school's speech therapy and occupational therapy services to provide training for students in need. The school also provides speech therapy and occupational therapy services to provide training for students with special educational needs. The school also caters for students' learning diversity through curriculum design, diversified teaching strategies, and adaptation of homework and tests to enhance the learning effectiveness of students with special educational needs (SEN). The school also works closely with the Education Bureau and professionals such as educational psychologists to conduct regular individual meetings and student assessments, and invites parents to participate in meetings and workshops.

There is an indoor athletic field, a lecture hall that seats over 200, a spacious student activity room, two fitness rooms, an English Court, a multi-media production room, a school history building, and the St. Paul's Chapel.
