The school emphasizes the biliteracy and trilingualism of its students, and its teaching approach is "proficient in Chinese and strong in English". The school's students have always excelled in extensive reading and Chinese language, and the Junior High School has introduced a Chinese Literature subject to enhance students' interest in Chinese literature and improve their Chinese language proficiency. For English learning, we have recruited four additional expatriate English teachers this year to implement various English activities in the school, with an emphasis on English drama.
Tests and study adaptation measures:
Strategies such as curriculum adaptation and small group teaching are adopted at all levels and in all subjects to cater for the learning needs of students with different abilities. In addition, extra time is given to some students with special learning needs and split-volume assessment is adopted for some junior secondary subjects to provide more comprehensive assessment and feedback to students with different learning abilities and learning in different languages.

S1 Orientation Programs: The school operates in the spirit of Christ, with the "Lord as the foundation" and "people as the foundation". Every year, the school organizes an orientation program for the newly enrolled Secondary 1 students to make them love learning and have a sense of belonging to the school. In addition to the Senior Secondary Student Counselor who helps Secondary 1 students adapt to secondary school life, we also organize parent seminars, parent-child activities, and other learning experiences for students, so that they can have the opportunity to participate in domestic and overseas experiential activities and serve the community.

Students are self-reliant and self-loving, love themselves and others, and behave in a modest and courteous manner, and the conduct of the students is highly praised by the community; the school's teachers are professionally educated and caring to the students, and the relationship between the teachers and students is harmonious and cohesive. We emphasize the importance of training and counseling, with clear rewards and penalties, so that students can grow up healthily in a strict but loving, harmonious and orderly environment. We have a dual class teacher system, a grade officer system, homework tutorial classes, lunch detention, a behavioral rehabilitation program, and a PILOT support program to help students integrate into school life and improve themselves.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
Through Christian education, the school pays special attention to students' good conduct and positive values. Through well-planned classroom management, the school nurtures students' personal growth, spiritual life, social awareness, sense of responsibility and spirit of service. The school emphasizes learning through reading to strengthen students' language fundamentals and implements a gifted and talented program to support and encourage the development of top students in various aspects. After-school tutorial classes and homework guidance classes are also available to enable students with unsatisfactory academic performance to reach their desired level.
Teacher professional training and development:
The school has a well-qualified teaching staff and is committed to promoting the personal and professional development of teachers, organizing school-based training and encouraging teachers to pursue further studies. For five consecutive years, a total of eight teachers have participated in the Middle-Level Leadership Training Program of the Department of Education of the Hong Kong Baptist University and were awarded the "Outstanding Trainee Award", which is the highest among their peers.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school adopts a "Whole School Approach" to support students with special learning needs and strives to build a caring and inclusive culture. Through the deployment of resources, making good use of the Learning Support Grant, community resources, etc., as well as collaboration with different tertiary institutions, the school provides appropriate and diversified support services to enhance the learning effectiveness of students and help them integrate into campus life.
Key members of the Learning Support Team include Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators, Educational Psychologists, Social Workers, Incubation Officers, Teachers and Art Therapists. The Support Team also collaborates with other sections to support students in need.
The school also collaborates with universities and voluntary organizations to provide career planning courses, different therapies and group services through curriculum adaptation to support students in need.

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; and organizing cultural integration activities.
