The school has a simple and harmonious atmosphere and students have a strong sense of belonging to the school. The school has committees on guidance, counseling, moral and civic education, healthy living and sex education, environmental and media education, further education and employment, and extra-curricular activities to support students in different aspects.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The school actively promotes information technology (IT) education and supports teaching and learning through its well-established computer network and facilities. It also emphasizes whole-person development and the five education areas to develop students' self-learning ability. The school implements the curricula of various subjects in accordance with the syllabus promulgated by the Education Bureau. The school also implements a "school-based curriculum" according to the actual needs, which is in line with the policy of the Education Bureau of "excellence and remedial work". At the same time, students' generic skills are developed through different subjects.

Teachers are encouraged to pursue further education to enhance their professional knowledge. Three professional development days are organized for teachers throughout the year. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School is committed to building an inclusive culture on campus and adopting a school-based approach to support students with special educational needs (SEN) through home-school co-operation and resource deployment. The school provides appropriate and diversified support services to students according to their needs, with a view to enhancing their learning effectiveness and communication skills, and helping them integrate into school life and grow up healthily and happily. The School has set up a Student Support Team comprising the Deputy Principal, the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, the Guidance Officer, teachers who have received special education training, social workers, teaching assistants, the Resident Speech Therapist and the Educational Psychologist. All units of the Unit maintain close communication with the Supervisors of the Special Educational Needs Service Unit of the Education Bureau and parents of students with SEN. In order to support students with SEN, the school flexibly deploys various resources, including the Learning Support Grant for outsourcing professional services to take care of students with SEN, such as speech therapy and other training groups. The school emphasizes home-school co-operation and regularly arranges members of the Student Support Team or dedicated teachers to communicate with parents to jointly support students.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group learning, etc.); and organizing cultural integration activities.
