School-wide language policy:
The school focuses on training students to be proficient in both English and Chinese, and students excel in language subjects in an English-rich environment. In response to the Hong Kong government's policy of developing Hong Kong into a regional education hub, we offer exchange and immersion programs for international students, providing them with a multicultural and global perspective.
The school emphasizes the effectiveness of learning and teaching and aims at effective learning. We have always been concerned about the biliteracy and trilingualism of our students, and we will allocate appropriate languages to our new S1 students according to their performance in languages and related subjects at the time of their admission, and with reference to parents' wishes, so that they can learn in areas that require higher order thinking skills, connections to real world experiences and practical applications.
The school focuses on training students to be articulate in English and encourages them to take advantage of public speaking training opportunities. School Wind:
The school is the only subsidized secondary school for girls in the Northwest New Territories. Since its establishment in 1973, it has a history of 50 years, with a simple school ethos that places equal emphasis on discipline and guidance, and is committed to nurturing the character of its students to enable them to grow up healthily.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
Learning is not limited to the classroom. The school's sponsor, Myohoji, provides a rare religious environment for students to learn about mindfulness and self-discipline, as well as to deepen their understanding of Chinese culture. The school, Myohoji and other social welfare organizations work together to contribute to the community. The school offers many opportunities for overseas trips, exchange programs, competitions, and foreign language courses that expose students to different cultures and new challenges in society.
The school promotes "strategic learning", where students learn more than just what is in the textbook. Students learn more than just what is in the textbook. We develop good study habits through note-taking and data analysis. Collaborative learning and self-reflection are also emphasized as learning and teaching strategies.

Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school has set up a Special Education Student Support Unit (SESU), in which the professionally trained Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) works with external specialists to support students with SEN in their daily learning and in internal and external assessments. In addition, the SEN Support Team, the Student Development Team and the Career Planning Team also organize a number of activities to foster a caring culture and promote harmony in the school, and to help them set specific and long-term goals in their career planning, so that they can express themselves and develop their potentials in a friendly, joyful and peaceful environment.
