The school has strict rules and regulations, and emphasizes emotional and intellectual development. Through the system of grade and classroom teachers, we are able to strengthen the character of our junior high school students and enhance their academic performance. The school has established the Sunshine School Program and the Incentive Award Program, etc., which aim at promoting students' moral and emotional development and cultivating their positive and healthy attitudes towards life. In addition, students can enhance their self-confidence and sense of belonging by serving in large-scale activities organized by the school (e.g. book fairs, open days, etc.).

Teacher professional training and development:
Every year, the school organizes a Teachers' Seminar Day and a Joint Teachers' Seminar Day, inviting experts and scholars to exchange ideas with the school's teachers, as well as conducting field trips to broaden teachers' horizons in education and to enhance their professional competence. The school encourages teachers to pursue professional development, and last year each teacher spent an average of more than 60 hours on continuing education. All subject groups prepare lessons together, and each teacher conducts at least one open demonstration lesson throughout the year. The school is gradually adopting the use of tablet computers for classroom teaching and organizing a real-life library to promote professional exchanges.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The Student Support Team of the School is responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing the support for IE and formulating the School-based IE Policy. The team consists of the Deputy Principal, the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, the Guidance Teacher and the Student Counselor, together with the Educational Psychologist, to formulate appropriate support measures for students with special learning needs, to conduct structured lessons in some small group classes to cater for the needs of students with different abilities, and to provide accommodation for internal tests and special examination arrangements for public examinations.
The school regularly reviews the culture of inclusion within the school and utilizes the Learning Support Grant and other school resources to provide appropriate support for students with special educational needs. The Student Support Team works with professional staff to determine the level of support and service arrangements for individual students. The school provides small group or individual counseling for students in need, and also purchases support services such as speech therapy and after-school tutorial classes for them. With the consent of parents, the school will implement an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) for students with severe learning/adjustment difficulties and make regular appointments with parents to review progress. To enhance the professional competence of teachers in taking care of students with SEN, the school arranges teachers to attend special education training courses, seminars and experience sharing sessions regularly every year.
School facilities:
Classrooms are equipped with fiber-optic interconnections and school-wide WiFi networks for high-speed Internet access. All junior high school classrooms are equipped with electronic blackboards, while all other classrooms are equipped with technological equipment such as LCD projectors, teaching computers, and physical projectors. In addition to the auditorium, there is a large lecture hall, conference room, school history room, student activity center, English self-study center, English chat room, three computer rooms, five laboratories, a creative learning center to support STEM education, a library, an e-learning center attached to the library, an art and culture room, a campus TV station, and a creative camp. There is also a Sky Science and Technology Park to nurture students who are interested in science and technology. The campus also has a small nature area and a rock climbing wall to stimulate students' potential and interest. This year, CAVE Virtual Learning Classroom was added to inspire students to think creatively about technology through immersive and interactive teaching.
