Integration of discipline and counseling, participation of the whole school. We work closely with social workers to take care of students' growth; teachers are responsible for students' religious and spiritual formation. We have good connections with the Student Union, PTA and Alumni Association, and cooperate with them in caring for student affairs.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The school's teachers are experienced in teaching and all of them have received teacher training. While emphasizing academic achievement, the school also strengthens students' moral and character education and encourages active participation in activities and service to others. The curriculum policy of the Education Bureau is implemented appropriately, and teaching is tailored to the abilities of the students. The school emphasizes the coordination of teaching methods, activities and assessment. Extra-curricular reading and extensive reading programs are implemented in both Chinese and English subjects. A reading club has been established in the library and book sharing sessions are held. A school-wide extra-curricular reading award scheme and participation in inter-school reading competitions are organized to help promote reading. The school has implemented a 15-minute morning reading program to encourage the reading of English books.

The school has a year-round development plan based on the school's development and concerns, and arranges at least three days of professional development for teachers each year. The school emphasizes home-school co-operation and has established a good communication mechanism to discuss with parents on strategies to support students through different channels.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning, small group learning, etc.); and organizing cultural integration activities. To help NCS students learn Chinese effectively and integrate into mainstream classes, the School has also implemented the Primary Teacher Support Scheme with internal assessment and adaptation.
