In order to enhance the biliteracy and trilingualism of our students, the school has been actively building an environment conducive to language learning for our students. The school has a number of English teachers and an English corner on campus. We will arrange for students to go to the English corner to have conversations and discussions with the foreign teachers and to engage in English learning activities to enhance their conversational English skills. There are also Putonghua native-speaking teachers in the school, so that students can talk freely with their Putonghua teachers after school. In addition, in order to increase students' opportunities for biliteracy and trilingualism, the school organizes a variety of language outdoor learning activities, provides free "English Enrichment" and "Top-ups" courses, and actively encourages students to read, participate in the Inter-school Speech Festival (English, Putonghua, Cantonese), the Cantonese and Putonghua Drama Festival drama, and the External Essay Competition.

The school combines discipline, counseling, life education, co-curricular activities, and career planning to help students develop proper values and enhance their self-image, so that they can grow up in a self-disciplined and enjoyable learning environment. Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The school is student-oriented and encourages diversified learning modes to develop students' self-learning ability. Small class/group teaching is practiced and the progress of the curriculum is adjusted according to students' abilities and needs. Students are encouraged to go out of the classroom for outdoor learning in order to broaden their learning experience. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The Student Support Team is responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing the support for IE. It adopts a Whole School Approach and comprises the Deputy Principal, Guidance Counselor, Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, Chinese, English and Mathematics teachers, Guidance Counselor, Social Worker and Educational Psychologist. The school makes use of the Learning Support Grant (including the Support Grant for Non-Chinese Speaking Students with Special Educational Needs) to procure remedial services, such as speech therapy service, clinical psychology service, literacy training classes, Individualized Learning Plans and arts interest groups, etc., to provide appropriate support to students. The school regularly disseminates information on support for students with special educational needs to all teachers. Teachers make adjustments to the curriculum and review students' learning progress through subject meetings and collaborative lesson planning. Adjustments to examinations, such as extra time, special examination sessions, use of speech-to-text software, etc., are provided to students with special educational needs. The school also organizes various kinds of growth and inclusion activities to enhance students' self-confidence and promote the culture of inclusion, including weekly talks, movie appreciation and participation in the "OMO Inclusion Classroom: Dialogue Experience". The school regularly liaises with parents of students with special educational needs (SEN) to provide learning support information and collect parents' feedback through telephone calls, face-to-face interviews and Student Support Record Forms, etc., so as to promote home-school communication and cooperation. The school has also contacted Po Leung Kuk to arrange for an educational psychologist to be stationed at the school on a regular basis. The school encourages teachers to pursue continuous learning and to share their learning outcomes to enhance the support for students.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g., pull-out learning on a need basis, small group learning, etc.); developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; organizing cultural integration activities; and employing additional staff and/or purchasing additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents.
