The school's ethos is strict and simple, and the relationship between teachers and students is cordial. There are "Praise Sheets" to recognize students' good behaviors, "Self-Enhancement Award Scheme" to promote a positive culture, and "Island Star Award Scheme" to encourage students to develop in a diversified manner and to be positive.
