- (a) Management structure: The school practises school-based management with an Incorporated Management Committee (IMC), an Administration Section and a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA). The school's ethos is simple and clean, with disciplined, polite and courteous students. Teacher-student relationships are cordial, and students receive support from the school in all aspects. The "Dual Teacher System" is practiced in Forms 1 to 4, with two class teachers taking care of a class of students. New Secondary 1 students attend an English Bridging Course organized by the school before the start of the school year in order to adapt to the change of the medium of instruction in secondary schools. The Student Union, Leadership and Counseling Leaders are the best support for students in times of need, while the school social worker, educational psychologist and teachers are ideal for students to talk to.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The school emphasizes not only academic achievement but also personal growth. A harmonious teacher-student relationship helps students to learn more effectively, and the caring and loving attitude of the teachers guides students to build a warm campus life with love. The school's curriculum is designed in accordance with the concept of whole-person education, the needs of society and the abilities of students. A balanced curriculum is arranged for junior high school, while senior high school offers a wide range of elective subjects to suit the aptitudes and needs of different students. Each year, the school conducts project-based learning at Secondary 2 level, and the curriculum design of each subject emphasizes the training of higher-order thinking, so that students are best equipped to meet the challenges of the future through a variety of diversified learning. The school organizes lunchtime forums to enhance students' expressive language skills, implements a reading incentive scheme and encourages each class to organize study groups to learn together, and has a remedial class to cope with students' learning differences. In addition, the school participates in a student exchange program organized by ASF International Cultural Exchange, which arranges for overseas students to study at the school for one year for cultural exchange.
Teacher professional training and development:
Retreats and professional development seminars are organized annually according to the needs of teacher development. Teachers of all subjects often share their experiences in professional development and seminars through teaching and learning, peer lesson observation, and to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school is committed to building an inclusive culture and adopting a Whole School Approach to support students with special educational needs (SEN). Through resource deployment and professional intervention, the school provides appropriate and diversified support services to enhance students' learning effectiveness and facilitate their integration into campus life.
The Student Support Team consists of the Deputy Principal, the Special Educational Needs Coordinator, the Student Guidance Officer, the Discipline Officer, the Career Planning Officer and the Educational Psychologist. The school encourages teachers to actively participate in the training provided by the Education Bureau and flexibly utilizes the Learning Support Grant to employ additional staff, including student counselors and teaching assistants, to assist in the implementation of the Integrated Education Programme in a whole-school approach with all teachers. The school also makes use of the Learning Support Grant to procure professional services to support students with different types of special educational needs, such as on-site psychological counseling services to support and follow up students with emotional disturbance, school-based speech therapist to support students with autism or language impairment, career planning counseling and workplace internship experience for students who are overactive and have low concentration so as to enhance their motivation in learning, and social skills training for students with special learning needs. Social skills training is also provided for students with special learning needs. In addition, the school sponsoring body also employs school psychologists to conduct assessments and provide early identification and professional support for students with special learning needs.

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; and organizing cultural integration activities.
