The school is committed to building an inclusive culture and adopting a Whole School Approach to support students with special educational needs (SEN). Through resource deployment and professional intervention, the school provides appropriate and diversified support services to enhance students' learning effectiveness and facilitate their integration into campus life.

The Student Support Team consists of the Deputy Principal, the Special Educational Needs Coordinator, the Student Guidance Officer, the Discipline Officer, the Career Planning Officer and the Educational Psychologist. The school encourages teachers to actively participate in the training provided by the Education Bureau and flexibly utilizes the Learning Support Grant to employ additional staff, including student counselors and teaching assistants, to assist in the implementation of the Integrated Education Programme in a whole-school approach with all teachers. The school also makes use of the Learning Support Grant to procure professional services to support students with different types of special educational needs, such as on-site psychological counseling services to support and follow up students with emotional disturbance, school-based speech therapist to support students with autism or language impairment, career planning counseling and workplace internship experience for students who are overactive and have low concentration so as to enhance their motivation in learning, and social skills training for students with special learning needs. The Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System consists of two phases: Discretionary Places Allocation (DP) and Central Allocation (CA).
Discretionary places refer to S1 places reserved by schools for self-admission of students. Government, aided and caput secondary schools are allowed to reserve S1 places not exceeding 30%, while DSS secondary schools are allowed to reserve S1 places exceeding 30%.
The application period for the 2024 Discretionary Places is from January 2 to January 16, 2024. All secondary schools participating in the Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System (participating secondary schools) will accept applications during the same period. Parents of current Primary 6 students participating in the Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) will receive two copies of the Application Form for Secondary 1 Discretionary Places in early December 2023 through their children's elementary school.
