The school culture is simple and the students are self-disciplined. All departments under the Student Development Unit are responsible for character building based on Christian values. Every year, the school organizes the "Balanced Student Award Scheme", "Super Class", "Outstanding Leadership Award" and "Spirit of Perseverance Award" to achieve the vision of whole-person development. The different 'Outstanding Students Award Scheme' aims to recognize students' achievements and contributions to the school and the community. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School's SEN Support Department, comprising the Principal, Deputy Principal, SEN Co-ordinator, Support Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Social Workers and Teaching Assistants, is responsible for planning, promoting and reviewing integrated education. Staff are also encouraged to enroll in relevant courses to enhance their competence in teaching and learning as well as individual counseling of SEN students, thus upholding the concept of "Whole School Approach".
To address students' individual learning differences, the school will arrange trained teachers to conduct classroom research, implement adaptation strategies and conduct reviews to engage students in classroom learning.
