School-wide language policy:
The school emphasizes the development of biliteracy and trilingualism among its students. Through the arrangement of language learning in the formal and non-formal curricula as well as cross-curricular courses, the school enhances students' confidence and ability in the use of English, such as organizing diversified classroom activities, English morning assemblies, English dramas, and setting up an English zone, etc. The school also provides a variety of activities for students to learn English in the classroom. To further create a comprehensive and enriched English learning environment, the school adheres to the principle of teaching according to students' abilities and makes full use of the resources given to the school by the Education Bureau. In junior secondary schools, English extension teaching activities are systematically carried out in different subjects, groups and time slots, and English teaching materials are introduced into appropriate topics, etc., so as to ensure that students are able to strengthen their English proficiency in a holistic manner. In the 2019 Inter-school Speech Festival, S1 English Speech won the Champion.
In order to create an environment for learning Chinese in Putonghua, apart from Putonghua Morning Assembly and Putonghua Reading Sharing, the school has also standardized the curriculum of Chinese Language and Putonghua, and implemented curriculum cutting at Secondary 1 and Secondary 2 levels to further enhance the effectiveness of Putonghua and Chinese Language learning.

The school continues to strengthen value education and cultivate students' self-discipline and sense of responsibility through "self-responsibility, self-love and mutual love". In cultivating students' positive values and attitudes, the school has endeavored to implement classroom management and the "Dual Class Teacher System", as well as to develop school-based classroom teaching materials, so as to provide students with more appropriate care and strengthen their character development. Students' performance in subject tests, Territory-wide Systematic Assessments (TSA), and public examinations have shown that students have continued to improve since their admission to the school in S1. Through regular curriculum review, diversified learning experiences, subject self-evaluation mechanism and teachers' continuous professional development, the school constantly reviews and improves its curriculum development strategies to enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching. In the current school year, the school has made great efforts to cultivate students' lifelong self-learning attitudes and skills through reinforcement lessons, classroom performance assessment, learning reflection, self-study lessons, after-school remedial lessons and different class groups. Teacher professional training and development:
The External School Review Team commended the school for its systematic promotion of teachers' professional development and recognized its efforts in teacher professional development. Talks and training on different topics were organized at the annual Teacher Development Day, which helped to enhance teachers' understanding of the latest education policies and teaching strategies. The school sponsoring bodies arranged spiritual education activities for teachers, and the Diocese also provided middle-level leadership training and exchange activities for senior teachers to strengthen team leadership in schools. Under the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) system, the school has invited many professionals to assist in the promotion and development of the school. Teachers of the school are actively pursuing further studies. In the 2021-2022 school year, all teachers will spend 3,926 hours on further studies, with an average of 70 hours per teacher.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school adopts a "Whole School Approach" in implementing integrated education and has set up a student support team to support students with special educational needs (SEN). Through curriculum design, diversified teaching strategies, optimized tiered assignments, homework and test adaptation, etc., the school takes care of students' learning differences to enhance the learning effectiveness of SEN students, and assists students applying for public examinations to apply for similar adaptations so as to enhance the fairness of the examinations.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The design of the school building has a strong religious color, hoping to guide students to think about life issues. In terms of facilities, in addition to standard facilities, the school has received funding from the Quality Education Fund to set up a Sports Science Laboratory.
