Based on the concepts of "Growth Mindset" and "Character Strengths" in "Positive Psychology", the school emphasizes on students' learning progress, utilizes various teaching methods, develops diversified learning modes, and enhances students' interest and ability in learning. We always lead students on cross-border and local study tours, and encourage them to read widely to acquire different kinds of knowledge and cultivate the spirit of self-learning. Teachers of all subjects have established a culture of lesson observation within and between subjects, and there are frequent professional exchanges to enhance the quality of teaching. All levels of English are taught in separate classes according to levels, so that teachers can easily understand the characteristics and abilities of students and enhance their interest and ability in learning through appropriate levels and teaching methods.

Teachers are actively engaged in furthering their studies and developing their professionalism in teaching. Every year, the school arranges developmental training for teachers, which includes activities to care for their physical and mental development and to enhance their teaching skills. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:

The school is committed to building an inclusive and caring culture by adopting a Whole School Approach to support students with special educational needs (SEN). The school will flexibly utilize the Learning Support Grant (LSA) to recruit additional manpower to provide a wide range of support services, with a view to enhancing the learning effectiveness of the students and facilitating their integration into the school life. "The Student Care Team consists of the SEN Co-ordinator, Educational Psychologist, Counselor, School Social Worker, Support Teacher and Teaching Assistant.
The Student Care Team collaborates with different subject teams to strengthen the support for students with special educational needs (SEN) in learning and teaching, such as the provision of Chinese and English literacy training groups, Mathematics after-school support groups, study groups, social training groups, etc., and the provision of learning, homework and examination adjustments to cater for the special needs of students. School-based Educational Psychologists provide professional advice on the formulation of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for students with special needs, and organize regular seminars and workshops to train teachers to support students' different learning needs.
The school attaches importance to the establishment of an inclusive culture, therefore, it has set up the "Care Ambassador" and "Big Sister" programs to help students with special educational needs to integrate into the campus life through peer counseling. The Student Care Team also cooperates with different organizations or hires tutors to organize diversified activities and interest classes for students, such as adventure experience, basketball training class, drama class, workplace experience trial scheme, etc. to enrich students' learning experience.
