The school is committed to nurturing students to be biliterate, trilingual and proficient in both Chinese and English. Through diversified teaching and co-curricular activities, students are provided with more opportunities to get in touch with and utilize English and Putonghua. In English, there are debate competitions, English Speaking Stage, English morning assembly and lunchtime English activities, etc. In Putonghua, students are given opportunities to practise outside the classroom through exchange visits to the Mainland and Taiwan, and are encouraged to participate in speech and recitation competitions.

- Tests: The school's assessment mechanism is divided into "Continuous Assessment" and "Summative Assessment". In keeping with Fr. Lui's motto: "Sacrifice, love others, and rejoice always", the teachers have been taking care of the needs of the students with the spirit of caring without discrimination. The school emphasizes character education and life education, and adopts a whole-school approach to discipline and counseling, cultivating students' good appearance, self-confidence and enrichment of knowledge, which are often praised by students in various aspects. In the face of the repeated epidemics, the school often organizes diversified growth activities to help students adapt to the school life and relieve the pressure brought by the epidemic: the theme of this year's school is "Life", so the school will help students build up correct values through different kinds of lectures, civic education, life education and other activities. Therefore, the school's teachers actively participate in the "Catering for Different Learning Needs" program, and educational psychologists are invited to conduct workshops for teachers. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The Student Support Team will provide after-school support for dyslexic students, such as language enhancement groups and one-to-two tutorials. Collaborative teaching is promoted in junior secondary schools, utilizing cooperative learning and differentiated worksheets to provide appropriate care for students in need. In the general classroom, we strengthen the care of learning differences and provide tests and homework adjustments for students in need to learn in a sequential manner.
The school also arranges speech therapy services for students with speech and language impairment, and organizes various multi-intelligence and functional groups for students with hyperactivity disorder and autism. The school participates in the Medical-Educational-Social Collaboration Program to provide appropriate support services for students with mental health needs. The school has set up the "Care and Inclusion Week" and invited external organizations to organize activities in the school. The school also purchased the Counseling Psychologist Service for the prevention and treatment of students with mental health needs. The school also utilized the Support Grant for Non-Chinese Speaking Students with Special Educational Needs and the Enhanced Support Grant for Chinese Language Learning and Teaching of Non-Chinese Speaking Students to assist teachers in designing activities and purchasing teaching materials, as well as purchasing translation services to enhance communication with their parents and to help non-Chinese speaking students to learn Chinese effectively. In collaboration with the College and Career Counseling Section, we arranged internships for the students during the summer vacation.

The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g., pull-out learning on a need basis, small group learning, etc.); developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; organizing cultural integration activities; and employing additional staff and/or purchasing additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents.
