- In junior high schools, students are placed mainly according to their language proficiency.
- The annual school activity day allows students to get out of the classroom and learn flexibly to broaden their learning experience.
- Apart from subject-based project learning, the school also arranges large-scale project learning activities for S1 and S2 students.
- The school library is committed to promoting the reading program and plays the role of coordinating and supporting the implementation of reading tasks in all subjects, so as to slowly infuse the reading atmosphere into the learning of all students, such as arranging reading sessions at lunchtime.

In addition to holding three teacher training days each year, the school encourages staff to participate in seminars, training courses and even education-related master's degree or professional diploma courses organized by the Education Bureau (EDB) and other tertiary institutions, and also strictly stipulates the basic number of hours of further education for staff each year; the average number of hours of further education of the school's teachers in the previous year exceeded the EDB's requirement.

The School has set up a Student Support Team (comprising a Special Education Co-ordinator, a Special Education Support Teacher, an Educational Psychologist and a Social Worker) to support students with SEN, and has arranged for teachers to enroll in IE-related courses to enhance their professional capacity. The school makes flexible use of the Learning Support Grant and other school resources to provide diversified support for students with SEN, including the provision of appropriate support by the school counselor and the outsourcing of speech therapy services to provide training for students in need. We have also catered for students' learning diversity through diversified teaching strategies, optimized stratified assignments and test accommodations to enhance the learning effectiveness of students with SEN. The school also works closely with professionals such as the Education Bureau and school-based educational psychologists to conduct regular individual meetings and student assessments, and invites parents to participate in meetings and workshops to develop individual learning plans for students and review the effectiveness of the plans on a regular basis, so as to equip parents with the skills to take care of and teach their children effectively.
