The school emphasizes the pursuit of "excellence" in students' life and studies, and mutual tolerance and diligence among students. Teachers are committed to teaching and accompanying students as they grow and experience different changes in their elementary school years.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
1. the timetable is set in half-hour sessions to increase students' concentration.

The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities. It is hoped that NCS students will adapt to the local education and life as soon as possible, and grow up in mainstream learning together with local students.
