The school promotes positive education to convey a positive life and encourage the cultivation of positive energy. The school actively promotes positive education and creates a positive campus culture through moral education classes, moral education morning assemblies, school-based counseling activities, and seminars, in the hope that students will be able to accept challenges, face difficulties with a positive attitude, pursue their own direction, achieve happiness and satisfaction, and live a fruitful life. At the same time, the school has implemented the "Big Brothers, Big Sisters" program to help Primary One freshmen to adapt to the school life. Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
The school pays special attention to the adaptation of new Primary One students, organizing Primary One Bridging Classes before students enter the school, and implementing the Big Brothers Big Sisters Scheme to enable Primary One students to get into the learning process as soon as possible and to enjoy the life of an elementary school. All levels follow the Central Curriculum, reorganize the learning focuses and design the junior primary curriculum accordingly. School-based self-learning English teaching materials with point-to-point pencils were designed for junior primary schools to facilitate bridging between the early childhood and primary schools. The school-based English Pinyin Program for Primary 1 is designed to equip students with the skills to learn a foreign language.

The School provides additional support to its admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); developing a school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; organizing inclusive school activities; and employing additional staff and/or purchasing additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents.
