The school is committed to practicing the five core values of the Catholic Church - Truth, Life, Love, Family and Justice. Through various activities both inside and outside the school, such as the school-based moral education curriculum, the "Beyond Goodness" Award Scheme, the Big Sisters and Big Brothers Caring for the Little Ones Scheme, etc., students are able to establish a correct outlook on life and cultivate the spirit of caring for others and respect for life.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
1. To promote a school-based curriculum based on the Catholic school philosophy (five core values) to achieve whole-person education.
2. small class teaching is implemented throughout the school to enhance teacher-student interaction.
3. To introduce independent learning strategies in all subjects to stimulate students' learning motivation, to promote students' learning diversity and to develop positive values and attitudes towards life.
4. Enrich students' learning experience through project-based learning and life-wide activities, and develop students' learning and thinking skills. In the senior grades, we also organize overseas exchange trips to broaden students' horizons.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
Homework and test accommodations are provided for students with special learning needs. In addition, we provide additional coursework for students with high ability, and gifted programs to enhance learning effectiveness.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities. Cultural performances, cultural experience days and tracking activities, visits to famous scenic spots in Hong Kong, etc. are organized to provide students with opportunities to learn about the Chinese culture and experience the local culture first-hand.
