Our mission: In accordance with the school motto of Tsing Chung Kwan, "Respect for the Tao and Virtue", and with the motto of "Developing Students and Nurturing Talents", we aim to cultivate the spirit of pursuing excellence and lifelong learning in our students. Classroom teaching model:

The school adopts small class teaching with an average class size of about 25 students, and has small group teaching classes from Primary Three to Primary Six. Targeted learning activities are designed according to post-test results to minimize differences.

Diversified activities are organized to cultivate students' skills and interests in various aspects. Students with potentials are systematically trained in speech, English drama, mathematics intelligence, general knowledge quiz, creative invention, machine king, rhythmic music, hand bells, Chinese music, Chinese dance, African drums, handball, wushu, and rope skipping, etc., and they have often won the best results in inter-school competitions.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn the Chinese language by arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out lessons on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.) and organizing inclusive campus activities. With the funding provided by the Education Bureau (EDB), the School helps all NCS students to learn Chinese. The mode of support mainly involves arranging individual pull-out lessons for students and individual counseling by teaching assistants, so as to consolidate the language foundation of the students and strengthen their Chinese language learning ability.

Home school cooperation:

The school communicates with parents through various channels, such as Parents' Day, Sunshine Phone Calls and "Teams". The Parent-Teacher Association also organizes parent volunteer teams to participate in school activities.
