The school has established a School Ethos and Student Growth Support Team and a Values Education Team to coordinate and harmonize the activities of Discipline, Counseling, Civic Education, Life is Full of Hope (Crisis Team), Environmental Education, Health Education, Positive Education and Inspired Potential Education. Learning and Teaching Strategies :

Emphasis is placed on cultivating students' biliteracy and trilingualism; developing students' reading habits and skills and creating a reading atmosphere; applying e-learning to all subjects in a timely manner; enabling students to master mathematical concepts and apply them to their daily lives; adding the Life and Technology subject to systematically carry out scientific and technological investigations, programmed learning, mathematical thinking, and thematic studies to develop students' self-learning ability and solve life problems; and promoting the seven education areas of morality, intellectuality, physicality, social studies, aesthetics, emotion, and spirituality simultaneously; Experiential learning days are held every semester; the design of theme-based multi-disciplinary inquiry learning; catering to student diversity; implementing gifted education and remedial teaching; systematic mindset training; and comprehensively implementing potential-inspired education and positive education.

Life-wide Learning:

More than 65 teacher-led programs, such as Seeds for Young Writers, Science Exploration, Robotics, LEGO, and Scouting, with more than 3,500 participants. Over 2,000 participants in 50 PTA interest classes, including orchestra, Chinese orchestra, and Chinese dance. Overseas exchanges included the United States, Japan, Seoul, Singapore, Taiwan, Beijing, etc., with over 3,000 outdoor visits.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

To promote school-based gifted programs for whole-person development, both academically and emotionally. Being the first eight core schools of the Gifted Education Network in Hong Kong, the school has collaborated with the Gifted Education Section of the Education Bureau in organizing a variety of programmes for the gifted. Integrating the elements of gifted education into the classroom - high-level thinking skills, creativity and personal socialization.

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/group learning, etc.); organizing inclusive school activities; and providing additional support (e.g. pull-out learning, pinyin teaching materials, etc.) on a need basis for the implementation of Putonghua teaching in the school across the board for all grades (i.e., for all classes/groups). Additional support (e.g. pull-out/group learning, phonics teaching materials, etc.) will be provided.

Home school cooperation:

The PTA has been established for 30 years and is well organized. Parents are kept informed of the school's development by joining the school-based management, parent networks in each classroom, parent seminars, parent talks, face-to-face interviews, electronic announcements, and sunshine phone calls. Parents trust and support the school teachers, and each year the number of parent visits to the school reaches 300 and exceeds 5,000.

Environmental Policy:

The school has set up the "IEco Ecological Garden" to enable students to learn about the campus ecology, hydroponics, solar energy application, etc., and to cultivate students' values and attitudes of cherishing resources and caring for the environment. The Environmental Protection Section also conducts a variety of environmental protection activities, such as green fields, field trips, seminars and overseas exchange activities.
