Learning and Teaching Strategies :

1. To implement small class teaching, to utilize teaching strategies such as independent learning, cooperative learning and interactive e-learning, to take care of students' learning diversity, and to allow students to learn through activities, inquiry and practice, so as to help students construct knowledge, enhance their motivation to learn, and promote their self-learning ability.
2. We are committed to promoting reading and setting up a daily reading time to enhance students' reading skills through teaching reading strategies and a reading incentive program to develop reading habits.
3. To provide students with diversified learning experiences through thematic studies, cross-curricular learning, life-wide learning activities, Moral Growth Classes, and learning outside Hong Kong, etc., so as to broaden students' knowledge and nurture them to become good citizens who love the country, love Hong Kong, and are self-disciplined and law-abiding.
4. to promote e-learning and STEM education to foster a spirit of inquiry and creative thinking.

Life-wide Learning:

The school arranges for students to participate in different weekly meetings or diversified activities on Friday afternoons during the extracurricular activities day, and students will participate in 30 groups of extracurricular activities according to their own interests. In addition, the school offers more than 10 after-school interest classes such as Taekwondo, Computer, Go, Chinese Music, Violin, Artistic Gymnastics, Chinese Dance, Cup Stacking, Table Tennis, and Oil Painting, etc. for students to participate in for a fee.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

The school has set up a clear mechanism to identify students with different learning needs and make adjustments for students in need. The school takes care of the diversity of its students through the different special groups for the top and bottom students. The school also arranges the "Primary One Induction Program" for Primary One students and implements the Bridging Programme for Primary One students.

The School provides additional support to its admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); developing a school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; organizing inclusive school activities; and employing additional staff and/or purchasing additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents.
