Management structure: The School is an elementary school of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong and has set up an Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) to manage and oversee the operation of the School. Learning and Teaching Strategies :
1. Emphasize the development of "biliteracy and trilingualism" and fully implement small class language teaching. Through English Day and Putonghua Day, we enhance the learning atmosphere and increase the opportunities to practice biliteracy and trilingualism.
2. To implement the Putonghua Secondary Curriculum in junior primary schools to develop students' language and Putonghua proficiency; and to implement the Cantonese Secondary Curriculum in senior primary schools, with the addition of teaching of ancient poems and classical texts, so as to converge with the secondary school curriculum.
3. To establish a school-based English curriculum, including the introduction of an English phonics curriculum at the junior primary level, and the introduction of a special English curriculum designed by expatriate teachers at various grades to address students' learning difficulties, so as to enhance students' language learning ability.
4. To utilize e-teaching to cultivate students' e-learning and independent learning abilities; to enhance cross-curricular learning and common abilities through the use of multimedia.
5. To set up "Advanced Placement Classes" to explore students' potentials in various aspects and develop their higher-order thinking and independent learning abilities; to collaborate with secondary schools to arrange for students to participate in the Science Curriculum.
Life-wide Learning:

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

Home school cooperation:
1. The PTA brings parents together to implement various activities, such as: assisting in monitoring school uniforms, school buses, lunch and textbook purchases; assisting with student lunches, organizing small group games, assisting with large-scale activities, organizing a variety of parent-child activities, and organizing parent education workshops.
2. Schools regularly organize different courses for parents, such as cultivating parents' skills in listening and responding to their children's emotions, etc., so as to enhance parents' ability to educate their children.
Environmental Policy:
