The school is a simple school that emphasizes on character education, and through religious, moral, disciplinary and civic education activities, students are taught the right way to treat others and to conduct themselves in a proper manner. The Student Support Team and Discipline Team take care of students with emotional or behavioral problems. The Home School is committed to creating a caring, respectful, and loving learning environment under the philosophy of "Caring" Discipline.

Learning and Teaching Strategies :

The school adopts a small class teaching mode, and the curriculum incorporates elements of cooperative learning and thinking strategies to inspire students to think at a higher level. Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

The curriculum adapts the teaching contents, homework and assessment according to students' abilities, and provides measures such as enrichment courses and after-school tutorial classes to help students excel, push them to the middle and make up for their weaknesses, as well as an effective class allocation policy to cater for the diversity of student learning.

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; organizing inclusive school activities; and providing additional support (e.g. pull-out/group learning, Pinyin teaching materials, etc.) as necessary in the implementation of Putonghua teaching across the board for some of the grades in the school (i.e., for all classes/groups).

Home school cooperation:

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of the school actively organizes a number of parent-child and parent-education activities to promote the relationship between parents and their children. Regular meetings are held between the PTA members and the school administration to discuss school policies and to promote communication and understanding between home and school. Parent volunteers enthusiastically assist the school in organizing various school activities, demonstrating the spirit of cooperation between home and school.

Environmental Policy:
