Management Structure: Directly under the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong, the school is managed by the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) led by the Superintendent, who has delegated authority to the Principal to lead the School Development Team, the Administration Team, the Functional Teams and the Subject Teams to formulate school policies and development plans, and to execute and implement Catholic education. The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and the Alumni Association (AA) support the development and daily operation of the school and provide advice on school development.

Classroom teaching model:
Chinese language is taught in Cantonese in P.1, and Cantonese-medium and Putonghua-medium classes are offered from P.2 onwards. The "Integrated Reading and Writing" teaching strategy is implemented in both Chinese and English subjects, focusing on enhancing students' writing and reading skills. The whole school curriculum incorporates elements of STEM teaching to enhance students' ability to utilize information technology and to promote students' self-directed learning.

To develop students' potential, we have implemented a whole-school gifted curriculum, including co-curricular activities, Multiple Intelligences lessons, after-school groups and self-financed groups; P.1 and P.2 have been promoting the Integrated Arts for Life; and we have developed a wide range of learning and art activities, including: Optimistic Scientists, English Writers, English Cambridge, Speech, Olympiad, Drama, Choir, Fancy Rope Skipping, Latin Dance, Handbells, Hand Chimes, Music Programmes and Uniformed Teams.

The school actively promotes gifted programs and arts training to develop students' potential.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning, group/cluster learning, etc. on a need basis); organizing inclusive school activities; and providing additional support (e.g. pull-out learning, pinyin teaching materials, etc.) to NCS students as and when necessary in the context of the implementation of Putonghua teaching across the board for some of the grades in the school (i.e., for all classes/groups). Additional support (e.g. pull-out/group learning, phonics teaching materials, etc.) will be provided.
