Through the whole-school moral education counseling activities, such as weekly and morning assembly keynote speeches, service-learning project, one-person-one-job project, leadership training project, cleanliness and orderliness competition, caring campus project, healthy campus project, etc., the school cultivates students to possess the six good character markers of love, diligence, sincerity, appreciation, self-discipline and gratitude. Learning and Teaching Strategies :

We emphasize the development of students' generic skills and independent learning abilities, and strive to optimize the school-based curriculum, make curriculum adjustments for students in need, and provide different learning experiences inside, outside and outside the school, so as to enhance students' academic, physical and aesthetic learning effectiveness and performance. Life-wide Learning:

The school organizes Multiple Intelligences classes and a number of after-school extension activities to develop students' potential. Activity groups include Campus TV, Drama, Speech, Cambridge English, Olympiad, Choir, Chinese Dance, Latin Dance, Lion Dance, Wushu, Boys' Basketball, Swimming, Dodgeball, Athletics, Creative Painting, and more.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

The school actively participates in the following EDB support programmes: (1) English Language has implemented the "Programme for the Teaching of Reading and Writing in English" (PLPR/W) in the junior primary; (2) Grade 3 participates in the Primary School-based Curriculum Development Programme organized by the EDB; and (3) General Studies participates in the School-based Support Programme on "Promoting Communities of Practice to Optimize Small Class Teaching", which aims to optimize the effectiveness of teaching and learning.

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The School provides additional support to admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities.

Home school cooperation:

The school attaches great importance to home-school co-operation and is committed to promoting parent education. It has set up a Parent Academy to organize a variety of courses to enhance communication between parents and their children and to support parents in dealing with their children's problems. We have set up a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and a Parent Volunteer Team (PVT) to enhance home-school communication and cooperation through home-school activities and volunteer services. In addition, Parent-Teacher Associations organize parent-child Christmas parties and parent-child trips to strengthen home-school cooperation.

Environmental Policy:

The school emphasizes on environmental education, and through courses, lectures and visits, students are nurtured to be aware of environmental protection at an early age. The school has also set up a solar photovoltaic system and an environmental protection group, and has carried out hydroponic planting and food waste planting in the hope that the new generation can care for the nature and utilize the resources in a good way.
